Registration
You can complete your registration through the official conference website. Once your registration form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique reference number. You can then proceed with payment through the My Page section.
Payment can be made any time after completing registration. The early-bird deadline will be announced closer to the event. Registration is not complete until full payment is received. Early-bird rates offer significant savings.
You can pay the registration fee using a credit card through the My Page section on the website. The online registration page is optimized for Chrome and MS Edge browsers.
Yes. Cancellation and refund deadlines will be announced together with the registration fee schedule. It may take several business days for the cancellation to be processed. We can also accept a replacement delegate. Contact us at info@2027winglobal.org.
The All-inclusive Package covers: conference participation, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch, Welcome Reception, and Technical Tour. The Conference Only package excludes the Gala Dinner.
Payment
If you experience any technical or payment-related issues, please contact the Secretariat immediately at info@2027winglobal.org with your registration details and a screenshot if available.
Travel
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and will be published on this website closer to the event. Please check your country's requirements with the nearest Tajikistan embassy or consulate. Contact the Secretariat if you need an official invitation letter.
Detailed directions from Dushanbe International Airport to the conference venue will be published on the Transportation page closer to the event.
Tours
Tour applications are available through the My Page section on the conference website. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Technical Tour fees are included in the All-inclusive Package. Cultural Tour fees are paid at the Tour Desk at the venue; the fee amount will be announced closer to the event.
