Check Your EmailCheck your email for a payment confirmation
- For international participants, payment will be automatically processed in USD.
- For presenters, payment will be processed automatically at the early-bird rate.
- The early-bird registration deadline will be announced closer to the event and will be the final deadline.
Registration Fees — To Be Confirmed
Registration fee amounts and the student eligibility category for the 34th WiN Global Annual Conference will be published here closer to the event.

Registration Fee Includes
Conference participation, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch, welcome reception, and technical tour.
Important Notes
- A registration confirmation letter will be sent to your email once registration is completed with full payment.
- Registration won't be completed until full payment of the registration fee is made.
- The online registration page is optimized for Chrome and MS Edge.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund deadlines will be announced together with the registration fee schedule.
- To cancel your registration, please send a written notice by email to info@2027winglobal.org.
- We can accept a replacement delegate if you are no longer able to attend.
- All refunds will be processed via transfer after the conference. Registrants are responsible for any bank charges related to the refund.
